You will act as the first point of contact with customers and help them with information and support in buying their groceries.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties may include preparing sale displays, ensuring the store is clean, stocking products, and processing customer orders. To exceed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a friendly and open attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"responsibilities\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask customers about their needs and help them in making purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Escort customers to the appropriate aisle or shelve in order to assist with purchasing decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order.<\/li>\n<li>Stock and replace products to avoid any damages.<\/li>\n<li>Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare store displays and ensure that products are accurately labeled.<\/li>\n<li>Order out of stock products.<\/li>\n<li>Process customer orders and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Discard expired items and place near expiry items on special promotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"requirements\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as a grocery clerk.<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer service or retail experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and people skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Weight Handling<\/strong><br
